Do you provide cleaners or maintenance workers?
The Studio does not employ cleaners or maintenance workers directly. Cleaning, maintenance and physical interventions remain with trusted local providers, while the Studio coordinates standards, communication and follow-up.
Can I start with only an assessment or setup?
Yes. Property Assessment and Property Setup can be engaged independently, without ongoing management.
Will I need to provide account access?
For Property Assessment, access is usually not required. For Property Setup or Management, limited access may be needed to update listings, pricing systems, guest communication tools or operational documents. Access is used only for the agreed scope of work.
