Yes. For selected Zagreb properties, the Studio manages the guest-facing and coordination side of the short-term rental operation.
Where is management available?
Boutique Property Management is initially available for selected properties in Zagreb. Property Assessment and Property Setup can be provided for selected owners across Croatia and Europe.
Do you provide cleaners or maintenance workers?
The Studio does not employ cleaners or maintenance workers directly. Cleaning, maintenance and physical interventions remain with trusted local providers, while the Studio coordinates standards, communication and follow-up.
Can I start with only an assessment or setup?
Yes. Some owners begin with Property Assessment or Property Setup before deciding whether ongoing management is needed.
Will I need to provide account access?
For Property Assessment, access is usually not required. For Property Setup or management, limited access may be needed to update listings, pricing systems, guest communication tools or operational documents. Access is used only for the agreed service.
